A key advantage of this Series is the original OMEGA trigger mechanism, which features a very smooth trigger pull and low pull weight in both single and double action modes. A unique benefit is the easy user conversion from manual safety to decocker, and vice versa, with ambidextrous controls for both.
The CZ P-07 and CZ P-09 pistols have a durable fiberglass-reinforced polymer frame that is extremely resistant to mechanical damage and changes in temperature, with a MIL-STD-1913 mounting rail and larger trigger guard for shooting with gloves. Pistol grip size and trigger reach can be easily adjusted with three interchangeable backstraps.
The finish on metal parts provides superior resistance to abrasion, mechanical damage and corrosion. Other advantages of this Series include complete user safety, absolute reliability in all weather conditions, intuitive aiming with the iron sights and a high capacity magazine, with the option of further increasing capacity with a baseplate.

Extremely durable finish
The barrel and slide are resistant to the effects of adverse weather conditions and mechanical damage. Internal metal components are also treated with the same finish to prevent corrosion.
Front and rear cocking serrations
The CZ P-07/09 Series adapts to your needs with front and rear cocking serrations that allow for comfortable and safe handling of the slide.
High visibility iron sights
Iron sights with three luminescent or tritium dots for quick and intuitive aiming. Chamfered edges on the sights allow for smooth handling of the slide.

By replacing the magazine bottom with a baseplate, two additional cartridges can be added to the magazine with a minimum increase in firearm height.
